With our Audit & Assurance team, you will have an opportunity to grow and develop your career through diverse experiences and exposures. By taking part in the analysis of controls and processes, preparation of audit documentation, and identifying potential audit risks, you are contributing to solving their complex business issues for our clients in this fast-changing world.

What you can expect 
As a Senior Associate or Associate II, you will support the Partner and Manager in implementing investment banking exposure consulting engagements. You will also take responsibility for overseeing and developing junior staff. You will work closely with clients and be committed to providing them with an exceptional service. By joining our audit team, you will get in touch with a wide range of clients with a focus on the investment banking industry.

  • Perform quality audit service focusing on the investment banking sector
  • Participate in IPO-related, due diligence, and transaction types of assignments, under the direct supervision of auditors in charge and/or managers
  • Act as a point of contact for both manager and client, ensuring all stakeholders are kept fully informed on the progress of the engagements
  • Support the planning and monitoring of engagement, as well as identify potential audit issues
  • Build up your expertise via analysing data and come up with a meaningful dataset
  • Enrich your project management skills from planning to completion of engagements
  • Grow your coaching and supervision skills
  • Put forward ideas and contribute to the operational excellence of our audit practice
  • Stay relevant to the latest regulatory requirements via structured online and offline training

Who we are looking for
  • University degree(s) holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as an auditor with hands-on knowledge of the investment banking sector
  • Members or finalists of HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred (but not a must)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, and team building skills
  • Proactive and flexible in adapting to new environments, people, and team structure
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader in a challenging environment
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
